Cancellation & Refund

Customers can cancel orders before the product has been shipped, which is mostly within one (1) working day. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made. Product’s are non-returnable.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us around 7 business days to system cancel the order and initiate a refund.

You may opt for credits for your next purchases or for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction. This may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to credit the refund. We will notify you of the same, but do get in touch with the banks directly for credits post confirmation of cancellation/ refund.
